Luke and Fonzz opened Tampa Barber & Loc Co. together. The studio occupies Suite 151 inside Phenix Salon Suites in Carrollwood, and its two service areas are barbering and loc care.

The suite building's main entrance is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 4pm.

The studio says its loc care is delivered by experts who put health and craft first. Loc appointments are requested through an online form, where clients send three to five clear photos of their hair taken from several angles. The studio uses those photos to give pricing and recommendations.

Appointments are usually fully booked a couple of days to a week or more ahead, all year. Early morning appointments before 9:30am and evening appointments from 7:30pm onward can be requested by text at twice the price. Tuesday and Wednesday times may be limited and carry higher premiums. House calls are available on inquiry by text. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 12 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a service fee.
