Color appointments are priced by service and length. A basic all-over color with a blowdry takes about two hours, while a full balayage or custom color takes around three hours. Clients who need a fix from an earlier color job are seen for color correction, which is priced at $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum and includes a haircut and any treatments the hair needs.

Booking is done online. Anyone new to the studio can have a free 15-minute consultation, and vivid or creative color and non-returning extension clients are asked to consult first. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, and the studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. Late cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 20% of the service, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be charged 50%.

The studio also offers in-person Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, along with gift cards in set amounts or a custom amount. Gift card sales are final.

Work centers on color, with consultation before the more involved and creative services so the result and timing are agreed in advance.
