Haircuts cover kids (starting at $25 for ages 10 and under), barber cuts, pixie cuts, medium-to-long cuts for hair past the shoulders, bang trims, neckline clean-ups and beard trims. Styling includes hot tool styling and blowouts. Treatments include deep conditioning, an Olaplex chelating treatment and a K18 treatment, which can be booked alone or added to any color service. Waxing covers chin, eyebrow and lip, with two- and three-wax bundles.

Booking requires a card on file to hold the appointment, but nothing is charged at that point and services are not paid in advance. Exact pricing comes from a consultation, which can sometimes be handled remotely depending on the request. Guests should schedule every service their intended result calls for, which may include toners, blowouts, clarifying treatments or haircuts. Before a blonding service, avoid purple or blue shampoo for one week. Before a root color appointment, skip root cover-up products the day before and the day of. Wash hair 48 to 72 hours before the visit and brush it out. Please don't arrive early, since waiting space is limited. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.

Free adjustments are available when a client contacts the salon within 7 days of the appointment; adjusting the hair at home or at another salon during that window voids them. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours carry a fee of 50% or $100, whichever is less, and repeated no-shows require a deposit before future bookings. Minors receiving any chemical service need a parent or guardian's consent after a discussion of the services and a price quote. Waxing is not performed for clients using certain prescription acne creams or isotretinoin.
