Tallie Skin works from a suite in Capistrano Beach. It is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with shorter hours on Wednesday and on Friday and Saturday, and closed on Tuesday and Sunday.

Each facial is adjusted to what a client needs at the time of the appointment. The Tallie Skin Ritual runs 90 minutes and costs $225. It opens with a cleansing step, moves into professional exfoliation and dermaplaning, then adds a lifting massage for the face, extractions, LED treatment, cryotherapy, and a massage for the neck and shoulders. The Tallie Skin Signature is an hour at $165 and is shaped around whichever concerns come up that day. Exfoliation, dermaplaning, facial massage and LED are available as optional extras. The Acne Facial, also an hour at $165, uses either a chemical peel or enzyme exfoliation alongside extractions, LED treatment and cryotherapy. Clients on the website call the facials relaxing.

Virtual consultations are offered for clients who prefer to work remotely. The initial Virtual Skin Consultation is a $150 video call of up to 60 minutes that ends with an emailed outline of skincare and lifestyle recommendations, plus text and email support for up to 8 weeks. The $75 follow-up is a 45-minute session for existing virtual clients, suggested 6 to 8 weeks into their routine, followed by 8 weeks of text and email support. The online shop carries skincare from Jan Marini, Glymed Plus, Face Reality and Seen Haircare.

Routines are customized, with barrier repair and hydration addressed first. Acne care is holistic and looks at lifestyle factors such as makeup, haircare and diet alongside treatment.
