A visit begins with the receptionists, who greet clients on arrival, and guests are offered coffee and tea while they wait. Each stylist works from a semi-private, spacious station in an open-air studio.

Services cover women's, men's and children's haircuts; color work including foils, balayage, bleach and toning; men's grooming such as grey blending, beard color, facials and hand crafted bald fades; and updos, perms, Brazilian Blowouts, facial waxing and extensions. Extensions require a consultation first. Prices vary with hair length and thickness, and stylist-specific prices can be asked for by phone, with some shown on stylists' profiles.

Most appointments are made by phone with the receptionists at 763-420-9533. Some stylists also offer online booking through their profiles, and some do not. Receptionist hours are Monday 10 am to 7 pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9 am to 7 pm, Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Parking is ample, and the salon sits across the parking lot from Cub Food, next to OrangeTheory Fitness.

The studio also rents space to independent stylists, who can sell their own retail, set their own schedules, service times and prices, and work part time or full time. Employee stylists receive a choice of color line, backbar, towels and capes, and product education and classes. Prospective stylists can arrange a no-obligation walk-through by emailing, calling or texting the salon manager.

Welcomes every client as they are, with no particular look expected.
