The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Sundays. Clients can reach it by phone or email, with contact details listed on the business's website.
Because the procedure breaks the skin, the studio walks clients through a detailed aftercare routine. Clients use aftercare pads as soon as they get home and every two to three hours, and a small amount of its aftercare product three times a day. Brows are washed gently each morning and night with a mild, unscented cleanser, then patted dry, and scrubs, acids and exfoliants are avoided while healing.
The aftercare guidance also covers a long list of activities to pause. For the first day, brows should stay dry. Picking, rubbing or scratching the area is discouraged, and scabs should be left to fall off on their own. Botox, facials, chemical treatments and microdermabrasion are avoided for four weeks, sun and tanning for four weeks, and hot, sweaty exercise for one week. Long hot showers and sleeping face-down are avoided for the first ten days, and swimming, hot tubs and saunas until the brows are fully healed at about three weeks. Makeup is not worn on the brows during healing, and heavy alcohol use is discouraged because it may slow recovery.
Clients are asked to contact the studio about unexpected healing problems and to see a physician if they notice signs of infection. The business lists conditions that may prevent microshading, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, oily or very sensitive skin, severe acne, a history of keloids, and an existing tattoo in the brow area. It advises consulting a dermatologist or physician before booking.
Microshading is applied by hand with pigment ink, using small dots to build up fullness in thin brows, and the studio pairs it with a detailed home-care plan.
