Takeoff Electrolysis

The studio aims to make permanent hair removal feel approachable, private and personal.

The salon performs electrolysis, a technique suitable for every hair color and skin type, gray hair included. Session length can be tailored to each client. Frequently treated zones include the face, underarms, chest, navel and abdomen, and ears.

The number of sessions and the time between visits differ from person to person, since hair growth is individual and often influenced by hormones. Treatment plans are adjusted as the hair responds, and regular appointments are recommended to help clients stay on track. A pink-chair waiting area sits just outside the studio.

Single sessions run $55 for 15 minutes, $80 for 30, $95 for 45, and $140 for 60. Prepaid bundles cost $250 for five 15-minute visits or $495 for ten. Accepted payments are cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Changes made at least 24 hours in advance carry no charge, while a missed appointment without notice is billed the full booked amount. Availability runs Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Bookings are made through Vagaro via the Book Now buttons on the site.

Treatment is planned around how the hair responds, with the pace set to each client's goals and regular visits to keep a plan on track.
