Brow services include quick brow waxing and tinting with an optional lamination, henna brows, laminated and sculpted brows, and a full ombre brow option priced from $160. Lash sets run from soft, lightweight styles and textured sets with optional soft spikes to wet-look sets built with narrow volume fans, handmade volume sets, anime-style spikes, a wispy custom set, a dramatic dark set, and an elongated set with wisps and bottom lashes. Single bottom lashes can be added on their own, and existing sets can be refilled at 1, 2 or 3 weeks depending on how many lashes remain.

A visit takes place in a space with plush seating and soft music, and clients who want one can have a glass of sparkling wine. Some services need a $25 or $150 deposit when booked. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, after approval before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 2:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 2 PM to 8 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The That Girl VIP Package bundles a full lash set of the client's choice, three fills, a brow tint and wax, a gold eye mask and an aftercare kit for $345. The studio says the package saves $137 over booking the items separately. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking as usual. The studio also runs a 4 Hour Lash Course for people who want to become lash artists, priced at $450 with a $150 deposit.
