Education comes first at this studio. Each appointment includes a consultation, home care suggestions tailored to the client, and support between visits. Acne plans open with a detailed consultation and a take-home booklet covering lifestyle, diet, and the ingredients in skincare products. The plan can be applied to the face, the back, or both. The studio points out that results depend on using the recommended home care products, because in-office treatments on their own are not expected to fully clear the skin. According to the studio, most people who stick with the plan have clear skin within roughly three to four months. Clients living far away can still work with the studio through photos, frequent communication, and an emphasis on home care products.

Facials begin with a consultation and skin analysis, and may add Celluma light panels, high-frequency treatment, or a NanoPen. The Custom Facial comes in three lengths: 45 minutes for $115, 60 minutes for $175 with extended massage across the décolletage, arms, shoulders, and neck, or 90 minutes for $255, which adds a second mask and additional time. The Gentleman's Facial costs $115 for 45 minutes and includes deep pore cleansing plus grooming of the brows, nose, and ears. The Skin Reset is a 75-minute session that pairs a consultation with a tailored corrective treatment, priced at $185; it is suggested for first-time clients who want rejuvenation and correction. Procell Microchanneling makes small, controlled micro-injuries to encourage new collagen production and is used for fine lines, wrinkles, loose skin, acne scars, and stretch marks. Every session includes a double cleanse, custom exfoliation, microchanneling, a serum containing stem cell and cytokine components sourced from human bone marrow, a sheet mask, a cooling globe massage, and LED light therapy. The studio describes the procedure as nearly painless, with around 90 minutes of recovery time, and advises booking a series of at least five. A single session is $350, and each session within a five-session series is $325. Procell Hair Restoration applies microchanneling at the follicle level to help regrowth and strengthen hair already present, and a series is recommended.

Booking is by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and the studio is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be booked online, or clients can text (503) 752-9708 for scheduling help. Cancellations made the day before are charged 50% of the service fee, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full; emergencies are considered case by case. The studio does not accept tips, but clients can leave a Google review or refer a friend, with each successful referral earning a $20 credit. Skin care products from Face Reality, Le Mieux, SiV, and Tizo are available, and the studio says its products are free of parabens and sodium lauryl sulfates. Subscription orders get free shipping and a discount on each delivery, and can be paused or cancelled at any time.
