Co-owners Danny and Kelso have been friends since 2013, when they met through barista jobs and school. The practice is built around making electrolysis accessible to people who need it.

The team then chooses a method from Electrolysis, Thermolysis, Flash Thermolysis and the Blend method, based on the client's skin and hair, and talks through a treatment plan. A single-use, individually wrapped sterile probe is used for every treatment, and other instruments are sanitized and disinfected to state rules. A full clearing of hair typically takes 12 to 18 months, depending on the area, session length and how often clients come in.

Hair removal is offered across the face, including the chin, upper lip, sideburns, ears, brows, hairline and jaw. It also reaches the neck, the torso and shoulders, the limbs, the bikini line, the feet, the genital regions and the buttocks. Eyelids are excluded. For three to five days before a session, clients should shave instead of waxing, tweezing or plucking, and should stop any other removal methods, since waxing and plucking can make the treatment harder. Numbing cream must be prescribed by a doctor. The salon does not apply it, and it should be left on for roughly an hour before the client arrives.

Sessions are booked in 15-minute increments, and rates are provided on request by message. Sessions of three hours or more receive a discount. Clients more than 15 minutes late are charged for the full booked session, and same-day cancellations are charged the full session fee, while cancellations made 24 hours ahead are charged half.

The practice also sells a small line of skincare products meant to support electrolysis sessions. According to the practice, these are naturally derived, use organic ingredients, contain no harmful additives and are cruelty-free, never tested on animals.
