Ta-Da Luxe Studios

Ta-Da Luxe Studios is located at 6459 Georgia 42, Suite 16, in Rex, Georgia, just off Highway 675. It rents private suites to independent beauty and wellness professionals, including stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, braiders, locticians and creatives. The studio is co-owned by Tara and Adrenna (Dani), who started it because they felt Clayton County lacked professional suites of high quality.

Tara works in hospital administration, a field she has been in for over twenty years, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in it. Adrenna's background, which runs more than 20 years, covers both customer care and human resources. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and a Master's in Human Resources.

Suites come in several types. Furnished suites include a styling station, mirror, chair and shampoo bowl. Three VIP suites are fully furnished: the Luxe Window Suite has windows and a mounted 43-inch TV, the Crown Suite is bright and windowed, and the Grand Suite is the largest VIP suite, with no windows and a mounted 43-inch TV. Unfurnished suites are empty, and a few include a shampoo bowl. Weekly suite rates start at $225, and a daily rate of $75 covers 12 hours.

Shared spaces include a break room with a refrigerator, microwave, dining table and coffee station, plus a complimentary washer and dryer for professional use and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Professionals get 24/7 secure access to their private suite through a personal access code, and the building has a 24/7 security system and ample on-site parking. Prospective licensees can tour the studio for 30 minutes through Calendly before applying. Applications are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. After approval, the license agreement is signed and the deposit and first week's payment are sent via Zelle to the studio's business account. The suite is secured once payment is received. Tenants need an active Georgia professional license, and some professions also require a salon shop license. A Clayton County business license must be obtained within 60 days of moving in, and general and professional liability insurance within 30 days. An onsite Salon Manager helps tenants with business licensing.
