Services are by appointment only, booked online or by calling 773.728.2470. Complimentary consultations are offered. Pricing depends on hair length and how long a service takes, and the listed prices are base points: stylists may raise them for hair length or thickness, color precision or skill, or extra product. Cancelling due to illness carries no penalty, and appointments can be rescheduled.

The salon is on the east side of North Damen Avenue between Lawrence and Leland Avenues, about a half block north of the Damen stop on the CTA Brown Line. Metered street parking is available on Damen Avenue, and one block west on Seely and beyond, street parking needs no permit. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 1 to 8, Wednesday and Thursday 11 to 8, Friday 10 to 8, Saturday 8 to 4 and Sunday 11 to 4.

The salon also has a gallery space, and its gallery page lists Keith Lamb as artist in residence.
