T Nails operates out of a home on Chupp Way in Lithonia. Bookings are handled by text message only, and the business does not take phone calls for scheduling. Appointments are set for scheduled workdays from Thursday through Saturday.

The business uses 100% gel products and does not offer acrylic. Its menu covers Gel-X soft gel tips, which are applied across the full nail from cuticle to free edge with minimal filing, along with hard gel and polygel extensions that can be filled but are removed by filing rather than soaking off. Natural Nail Care is a gel overlay for short natural nails meant to protect, grow and strengthen them. It is not tips or extensions and typically needs a fill or rebalance every three to four weeks.

Gel-X tips last three weeks or more and do not include fills. The business describes Gel-X as a method for growing out natural nails without harsh chemicals. Returning clients can add a soak-off of prior gel work to a booking for $25, and that add-on should be cancelled in advance if it is no longer needed.

Booking requires a $31.50 deposit that is non-refundable. The $30 is deducted from the total service fee. New clients must arrive with bare nails for a full set. The business does not work over another salon's acrylic or gel, so clients should not come in with another salon's product on their nails.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead through the confirmation email, and the deposit can be reused once within 30 days. Rescheduling requires a text message to the business. Cancelling forfeits the deposit, and a no-show or lack of communication forfeits it and can lead to a ban from booking future appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late adds a $15 late fee if the service can still be performed, and arriving 20 minutes late may lead to cancellation. Extra guests and babies are not allowed at appointments.

Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and card, with a 3% fee on card payments. The business does not keep cash on hand, so clients are asked to bring exact change for the service and any tip.
