Manicures and pedicures follow a set sequence. Hands and feet are soaked, nails and cuticles are trimmed, and a hot towel is used before a lotion massage and polish. Pedicures add a callus scrub and a hot towel wrap. Guests are offered complimentary refreshments, including wine, soda, sparkling water, water and juice, along with a warm herbal neck wrap during the service. Every pedicure includes a locally made bath bomb that changes with the season.

Hygiene is a clear focus of the salon. Pedicure chairs use a disposable liner that is replaced after each guest, and each pedicure uses a disposable plastic liner with a disposable jet. A new file, buffer and pumice stone are used for every client and then discarded. Metal tools are cleaned, sealed in sterilization envelopes and run through a hospital-grade autoclave.

The salon hosts bridal showers, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events and other group gatherings.
