Appointments are requested through the website with no payment needed to send a request. Staff call back within five minutes during open hours to confirm the time and pricing, which the salon says helps avoid double-booking a technician and settles prices before the visit. Walk-ins are welcome for dip powder, acrylic and shellac services and are taken on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons when the schedule allows, though appointments are preferred, especially on Saturdays.

Sanitation is treated as part of every service. Metal tools are autoclave-sterilized between clients and stored protected until use, pedicure liners are single-use, and gel, dip and acrylic are removed by soaking in acetone rather than scraping. Pedicures are done in heated massage chairs, and an extra 10-minute massage can be added for $15.

Dip powder is described by the salon as its most-requested service, and it stocks more than 300 shades that are refreshed seasonally. Powder is poured into individual portions and any unused powder is discarded. Full acrylic sets use EMA-based Solar acrylic rather than MMA. Custom nail art starts at $5 for a simple accent nail, and full-set designs are quoted by complexity, roughly $25 to $60 or more on top of the base service, with pricing confirmed before custom work begins.

Waxing covers brow, lip, chin, face, underarm and leg areas. Bikini and Brazilian waxing are not offered, and those bookings are referred to specialists in Cinco Ranch. Bridal parties are booked at the same prices as individual appointments with no party fee. The salon describes its prices as neither the cheapest nor the most expensive in Katy.
