Primary care services include annual check-ups, women's health exams and Pap smears, sick visits, chronic condition management, COVID-19 testing, contraception counseling, lab services, DNA testing, preoperative physicals, and STD testing and treatment. Video telemedicine appointments are offered, and according to the site, the platform is approved by the State of Florida and recognized by the Board of Medicine. Per the site, these virtual appointments can cost little to nothing out of pocket, and most major health insurance plans cover them. Conditions treated include colds, flu-like symptoms, COVID-19, fever, coughs, sore throats, minor headaches, minor burns, minor sprains or strains, and GERD.

The weight loss program starts with an initial consultation and lab work, then adds an InBody body composition analysis, a personalized meal plan, a workout schedule and monthly weigh-ins. Wegovy (semaglutide) is given once a week, and according to the site it is intended for eligible adults with a BMI of 30 or higher and for adolescents aged 12 and older with chronic obesity.
