Services are grouped into manicures, pedicures, combos that pair the two, extensions and overlays, nail art, add-ons such as chrome, cateye and French tips, removals, and repairs. Several manicure and pedicure options are waterless, and the luxe pedicures include a fragrance salt soak, cuticle work, a foot buff, a sugar scrub, a moisturizing masque and a foot massage.

Outside the salon, the business offers house calls starting at $60 for 30 minutes or more, along with photo or video shoot appointments.

Booking terms ask for cancellations or reschedules at least 48 hours ahead. One reschedule is free, and further changes carry a fee of half the service price. A 15-minute grace period applies before a $20 late fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a last-minute cancellation. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. Fixes for popped nails, chipping or peeling polish are free if requested within 3 days of the service, and later fixes are charged.
