North Raleigh, off Six Forks Road, is the largest location and the only one that offers both the full med spa menu and massage therapy, and it is also where plastic surgery consultations are offered. The plastic surgery practice sits in Suite 205 of the same Health Park building. The Inside the Beltline location, near Five Points and the Village District, serves patients from Glenwood South, Hayes Barton and along Oberlin Road. Every treatment room there is private, two people can book at the same time, and a lounge gives patients a place to wait while numbing cream takes effect before injectables or laser treatments. Facials are offered at North Raleigh, Cary, Inside the Beltline and Wake Forest, and DiamondGlow is available at every location. At North Raleigh, treatments are performed by licensed medical providers or licensed aestheticians working under physician oversight. At Cary, registered nurses, nurse practitioners and licensed aestheticians perform treatments under physician oversight.

Medical aesthetics consultations carry a $100 fee that reserves the appointment and is applied toward treatment. Plastic surgery consultations carry a $150 fee that is applied toward surgery once booked. Consultations can be in person, virtual or plastic surgery consultations, and appointments can be booked online or requested. Patient financing and payment plans are available for med spa treatments, and the business lists financing for plastic surgery as well. Through the myTouchMD patient portal, patients can view services, sign consents and see before and after photos. Buying a series of six of the same spa service saves 20 percent.

Listed prices include a Revitalize Facial at $125 for 45 minutes, a Clarifying Treatment at $150 for 45 minutes, an Oxygen Acne Facial at $175 for 60 minutes, a Longevity Facial at $225 for 60 minutes and DiamondGlow starting at $200. Massage sessions of 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes start at $110. Aesthetic microneedling is $100 for the face or neck and $150 for the face and neck together. Glow + Stim has launch pricing starting at $400 per treatment.
