A non-refundable $75 deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the first visit.
The practice is private-pay and out of network, and it does not bill or accept medical insurance. Patients pay at the time of service and receive a receipt, and a detailed superbill is available on request for insurer reimbursement. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services, and some plans allow HSA use for visits. Cost depends on each patient's treatment plan and is shared when the patient calls.
This is not a primary care office, so the practice advises patients to keep a separate primary care doctor for emergencies. Same-day sick visits cannot be promised, and strep and flu are not diagnosed here. The practice says some patients notice shifts in how they feel, how they sleep, or their complexion within a few weeks, whereas changes in body composition and hormone-related goals usually take eight to twelve weeks or more.
