A common starting point is a consultation: a 30-minute full consultation, or a one-hour trichology initial consultation that can also be done as a remote video session. Trichology follow-ups are one hour. From there, clients can book natural hair services such as silk presses, natural hair styling, loc starts, retwists and palm rolls, interlocking and crochet locs, and microlocs. Color and bleaching, a Chi Enviro keratin smoothing treatment, and facial waxing are also offered.

Hair loss work includes non-surgical hair replacement, a two-hour service. Wigs are a major part of the studio: the owner builds machine-made and hand-tied cranial prosthesis units in human and synthetic hair, and each wig is custom-built after a personal consultation. Wig coloring, restoring, repair, and ventilation are offered, along with wig services, extensions, and braids. Extensions and braids are by request.

The owner formulates a line of holistic hair care products, sold alongside healthy hair care products, hair accessories, and graphic tees through the online shop. The studio also offers a Hair Serum course on creating hair and scalp serums from scratch, at three levels. Wigs for Kids haircut donation and measurement appointments are available by request.
