Perms are offered for short hair and for longer hair, and tape-in extensions are available after a consultation.

Waxing covers the face, body and legs, from small areas such as lip, chin, nose, sideburns and neck up to full legs and a men's full back. A full face wax, covering the eyebrows and all areas of the face, takes about 20 minutes. Braiding is offered for adults and kids.

Booking is cash only. First-time clients booking any color service start with a 20-minute new client color consultation. Consultations are booked on weekdays only. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The salon says it aims for reasonable prices alongside skilled work. Its prices vary by service and, for some color and hair services, by length of hair or amount of regrowth.
