About

Sugaring is the studio's core service. The paste is made from sugar, lemon and water and applied with a gloved hand rather than strips. Services range from small areas such as the lip or eyebrows up to full arms, full back, full legs and full Brazilian. A maintenance Brazilian is available to clients who had one at the studio within the last six weeks, and a design can be left above the labia. The studio describes its sugaring as all natural, cruelty free, less painful and better results, and says over 90% of its clients switch from waxing to sugaring.

Skin care and intimate bleaching make up the rest of the menu. Intimate bleaching uses lightening products together with LED light to bring darker areas of skin to the client's base skin color, and it does not lighten skin below that base. It usually takes around five sessions, results vary by person, and consistent aftercare is needed. Peels are offered for the underarm, Brazilian, inner thigh and anus, with package pricing for several sessions. Packages expire nine months after purchase. Vajacial treatments, a fanny facial, an underarm facial and an emergency ingrown hair treatment are also available. High frequency is a probe add-on that must be booked with a hair removal service.

Visits are booked one to two weeks ahead, and when online booking shows no openings the studio is fully booked for about the next 30 days. New clients complete intake forms before their first appointment. Clients should be 18 or older, and one adult may attend for support, though children and extra guests are not allowed. Phone calls, FaceTime and recording are not permitted during services, while texting, music and scrolling are fine. Clients should shower or freshen up beforehand, and wet wipes are available at the studio. Arriving six or more minutes late may mean a 50% fee and cancellation of the appointment. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window and no-shows carry a 50% fee charged through Square. Clients with a no-show or repeated late arrivals are asked to pay a 50% deposit before future appointments. Longer appointments, including three or more body services and full legs or full body, are scheduled before 5PM. The studio's hours are Monday to Thursday 10:30AM to 6:30PM and Friday 7AM to 5PM, closed Saturday and Sunday. Text is the preferred way to reach the studio at (925) 787-7016, and voicemail is requested if calling. Parking is available at the front and back of the building.

Skin care comes first, with hair removal used as the way to get there. Professional grade, cruelty free products are used throughout.
