Frontal installs take about two and a half hours and cost $300. The install includes braiding the hair going back, sewing bundles in at the back, and laying the frontal with adhesive. Frontals must be brand new and dropped off four days before the appointment so they can be examined and customized, and that customizing is included in the price. A frontal brought in on the day of the service has to be added as an option when booking. Clients are asked to pick an extremely thin frontal lace. The business describes its HD lace as the best lace.

Closure installs take about an hour and a half and cost $260. They include bleaching the knots, plucking, foundation braids, and baby hairs if requested. Baby hairs require a 5x5 closure, since 4x4 closures are not used for them, though a 4x4 is fine for a middle part without baby hairs. Leave-out installs also take about an hour and a half and cost $260, with a braid down and the leave-out install. Versatile sew-ins are not offered.

Wig services include customizing and installing a full lace or frontal wig, which takes about two hours and costs $250. It covers bleaching and plucking the wig for a natural look. The option is for brand-new wigs that have not been touched and that fit the client's head; it is not offered for wigs that are extremely bald or in poor condition. No frontal drop-off is needed for this service, but a photo of the lace is sent after booking. Reinstalls of a full lace, frontal or closure wig take about an hour and a half and cost $190, with a braid down and the wig laid with adhesive. Reinstalls are only for wigs the business has already installed. Closure wig installation and customization is also $190 and about an hour and a half. It includes the knot bleaching, plucking, braiding and baby hairs on request. This requires a brand-new wig brought in four days ahead, or a same-day fee applies.

Clip-ins and tracks service costs $230 and takes about 1 hour 20 minutes. It covers the install only, not the clip-ins themselves. A consultation is mandatory and is booked by text.

Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed and detangled and without product. A prewash with TRESemmé shampoo and conditioner is suggested, and silicone-mix products should not be used on extensions.

The one-on-one frontal class runs on Sundays only, for six hours at $1,100. It covers plucking, bleaching knots, styling and laying a frontal. The frontal, tweezers and other class materials are provided. Students bring their own bundles and a model. A $150 deposit is required to book, by text.

Work is planned around preparation: frontals and wigs are examined and customized before the install, and clients come in with clean, product-free hair.
