The facial menu includes the Swiss Clinique Signature Facial, a 55-minute treatment the site describes as a good first visit for all skin types, and an Arctic Berry Peptide Peel, a three-step peel at 55 minutes. Other options are an Oxygen Hydration Infusion using pressurized oxygen and hyaluronic acid, a 24 Karat Gold anti-aging facial, and a men's facial that includes reflexology techniques. Microdermabrasion, a 55-minute service with a mask and mini-facial, and dermaplaning, a chemical-free exfoliation that can also be booked with a facial, make up the aesthetic menu. Oxygen Infusion is also offered on its own for fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone.

Reflexology is offered as a foot treatment or as face reflexology combined with a choice of facial. Waxing covers the face and body using a low-temperature, Brazilian-style hard wax, adjusted to each client's hair and skin. The spa says its waxing is as comfortable as possible, and states that the waxes are made from Brazilian ingredients, are biodegradable and contain no plastic polymer.

Custom facial and aesthetic treatments begin with a detailed consultation about skin condition and lifestyle, and are tailored to the skin on the day of the visit. The spa is open Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays by appointment only. Appointments for reflexology, waxing and skin care can be booked online, or by phone if online booking is difficult. A credit card holds the appointment but is not charged, and a no-show or a cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice is charged 50% of the service price.
