Eyebrow tint requires brows free of makeup on arrival, and maintenance is suggested every four to six weeks. Lash services need clean, dry lashes without mascara, makeup or oil residue, and contacts must be removed. The business notes that satisfactory results may not be achieved without this preparation.

Maintenance options are limited to current clients. The 4-week and 6-week bare bikini maintenance visits and the 4-week eyebrow maintenance must be booked within the set window after the last visit.
