About

Nina Figueroa founded Sweet Venom Beauty Studio in April 2020. The studio concentrates on eyebrows and aims to help men and women of all ages and backgrounds feel more confident in their appearance. It serves clients across New Castle County, including Wilmington, New Castle, and Bear.

A first visit usually begins with a conversation about your brow history, what you are dealing with, and what you want from your brows. From there, the studio builds a custom plan and recommends how often to return to keep it on track. The first visit brow shaping appointment is 35 minutes and covers consultation, trimming, waxing, and tweezing. Follow-up visits are shorter, and tweeze-only appointments are available for clients who prefer to avoid waxing.

Lash services are offered at the Sola Salons location. A lash lift curls and lifts natural lashes without extensions and takes about an hour, with results that typically last six to eight weeks depending on how quickly your lashes grow. A lash tint can be added for deeper color.

The studio asks clients to book with a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed per appointment with the deposit carried over, and at least 24 hours' notice is requested for changes. Hours run Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm; the studio is closed Sunday through Tuesday.

Brow work begins with a discussion of each client's history, concerns, and goals, followed by a custom plan rather than a standard shape.
