Sweet Touch Sugaring removes hair using sugaring, a method that uses a paste made from sugar, lemon and water. The paste is applied against the direction of hair growth and removed quickly, taking the hair from the root.

Before treatment, the area is wiped with an antiseptic solution and lightly dusted with powder to absorb moisture. Clients are given a towel or sheet to cover themselves during the visit.

The menu is organized by body area, with prices and appointment lengths listed for each service. Some areas are split into smaller zones, such as bikini sides only, extended bikini, or half leg options, and the listing spells out what each one covers. Brazilian and Brazilian Maintenance are offered to women only. First-time clients are booked into a Brazilian, while Brazilian Maintenance is for clients returning every four to five weeks.

The business is open most days of the week, with later hours on Sunday and shorter hours on Friday. It does not open on Saturdays. A 100% fee applies to missed appointments, and arriving 15 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled with a 50% charge. Gift cards are available.

Each appointment begins with a consultation about the client's needs and concerns before any treatment starts.
