About

Sweet Spot MediSpa is a medical spa with offices at 11621 S Cleveland Ave, Suite 60 in Fort Myers and at 3691 S Tamiami Trl, Suite B in Punta Gorda. The business describes itself as a premier medical spa and says its team is highly trained and keeps up with advances in aesthetic medicine. Every procedure is performed under medical supervision, and each client receives a treatment plan after a personal consultation. Appointments are requested by phone at (239) 789-3098, and the Fort Myers office also lists (239) 251-3797.

Injectable services include neurotoxins such as Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify and Dysport. The site describes Botox as used for crow's feet, frown lines, forehead wrinkles, lip lines, neck lines, gummy smile, brow lift and jaw clenching pain, and notes that it is FDA-approved for excessive underarm sweating. A Botox appointment takes about 10 minutes, and clients can return to their routine afterward. The site says results for lines and wrinkles typically begin to show within 7 to 14 days, while injections for underarm sweating typically last about 6 to 9 months, sometimes up to a year. Dermal filler brands include RHA, Sculptra and Radiesse, plus bio stimulators. Fillers are used for parentheses lines, nasolabial folds, chin creases, thin lips, neck lines, jawline sagging, under-eye hollows and loose skin on the backs of hands. A session begins with an assessment of the face or hands to choose injection sites, and a simple filler procedure takes about 15 minutes. The business states that filler results are instant.

Laser hair reduction is performed with a handheld laser that has a 360-degree cooling chamber. Most clients need six to eight sessions, usually several weeks apart, and many begin to see results within a few weeks of the first treatment. Small areas take a few minutes, while larger ones take roughly 30 to 45 minutes. Periodic maintenance sessions may be needed. According to the salon, the treatment involves no downtime. Other energy and laser services include laser vein treatment, Retraction RF, treatments for hyperpigmentation and rosacea, CO2RE skin resurfacing, CO2RE scar revision, CO2RE Intima retraction RF and Nordlys IPL. For skin rejuvenation, the menu lists Microneedling + RF and AGEJET Plasma Skin Therapy. Body contouring options are Bliss laser fat reduction, MP2 skin tightening, which the site describes as non-surgical, and RF body contouring.

Spa and skin services include facials, Aqua Facial, HydraSkin facial, chemical peels and permanent makeup. Regenerative medicine offers PRP and PRP Derma Gel. The practice also offers hair restoration, intimate and sexual rejuvenation for men and women, and wellness and weight loss services that include fat-reduction injections. Listed prices include Botox at $14 per unit for non-members and $12.60 for members, CO2 Face at $850 for non-members and $680 for members, and HydraSkin Facial at $250 for non-members and $225 for members. Skin care products sold include Sweet Spot brand products and lines from Avene, Motives, Nutrafol, Daniel Alain and Rion Aesthetics.

Two membership plans are available: Gold at $99 per month and Platinum at $199 per month, each with a $29 enrollment fee, billed month to month. Members get 10% off services and products, 20% off laser and energy devices, a monthly mini facial, early access to new treatments and members-only events. Members can cancel any time after 90 days, and membership fees can be applied to services or kept as a balance for later use. Pay-over-time financing is offered through Cherry with no hard credit checks, and 0% APR options depend on eligibility. The site lists example plans of $187.50 biweekly for six weeks or $33.87 per month for 24 months, both at 0% APR, and also mentions CareCredit.

Both offices keep the same hours: Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sunday. The practice is also open every other Saturday, according to the site.

Treatments are medically supervised, and each client gets a treatment plan built after a personal consultation.

The Fort Myers office has treatment rooms, plush seating, calming music and ample parking, while the Punta Gorda office offers comfortable seating, calm decor and treatment spaces arranged for privacy.
