The pedicure menu is tiered. The Express pedicure covers trimming, shaping, cuticle care, callus removal, regular polish and a 5-minute lotion massage. Higher tiers add more steps: the Sweet Signature adds a sea salt soak, sugar scrub, hot towel mask, collagen sock and a 10-minute lotion massage, while the Milk and Honey swaps in a milk soak, honey sugar scrub and a 10-minute hot stone massage. The Golden Ritzy, the top tier, includes a gold scrub, paraffin, gold mask and a shoulder massage. An extra 10-minute massage can be added for $15.

Nail enhancements include acrylic, gel builder, ombre, pink and white, poly gel, Gel X and several dip options. Acrylic, gel builder, ombre and pink and white are priced for a full set or a fill-in, while poly gel is priced the same either way and Gel X starts at a set price. Dip color, dip French and dip ombre are offered as well.

Guests 9 and under have their own menu with manicures, pedicures, combos, polish and gel options, and design add-ons. Waxing covers the eyebrows, sideburns, chin, upper lip, full face, underarms, arms, legs and back, with several areas priced as a starting amount.

Staff greet each client, listen to what they ask for, and ask for feedback after the visit.

Each nail set is built from the client's choice of shape, length, color, design and ornament, and the salon says it aims for a personalized visit performed by professionals.
