The menu covers starter locs, maintenance visits that include shampoo and retwisting, retwist-only and retwist-with-style appointments, and interlocking. Loc crochet fills in new growth so the locs stay consistent. Loc color is offered with the studio's product or with the client's own supply, and loc trims and repairs are also available. Repair pricing depends on how much work the locs need, and a consultation is required first.

Longer sessions are offered for loc extensions and micro locs, which the booking site lists at a minimum of about 8 hours with larger deposits.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 12 PM to 5 PM, Thursday 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Friday 2:30 PM to 6 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Monday and Sunday are closed. Clients can cancel up to 24 hours ahead, though deposits are not refunded on cancellation. Rescheduling requires contacting the salon within 24 hours to apply the deposit to a new appointment; otherwise a new deposit is due. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the booked service. Payments go through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
