Swatch Hair

Swatch Hair is a solo hair studio in Suite 1 of a building on Fairview Avenue North in Roseville. The owner opened it in April 2017 as her own business, so Sam is the only stylist and handles each appointment personally.

Sam has worked in a variety of salon settings for more than ten years and graduated from Regency Beauty Institute in 2009. Color is the main focus, particularly lived-in, natural-looking work, and the studio keeps trying out new color and styling methods.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10 am to 4 pm, Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 3 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or reschedules made at least one day ahead avoid a $50 fee, and no-shows are charged half the cost of the booked services.

Gift cards are sold online in $50, $100, $150, $200, or custom amounts. Online orders can be picked up curbside at Sola Salons in Blaine on Wednesdays between 8 am and 2 pm.

Keeps the studio small and owner-run, with an emphasis on trying out new color and styling methods.
