The facial lineup includes an anti-aging facial with a firming mask, a vitamin-infused serum and LED light therapy, aimed at brightening, smoothing and softening the look of fine lines and wrinkles. A radiance facial uses a tightening mask, LED light and anti-aging products to work on radiance and hydration. A back facial covers cleansing, exfoliation, steam and a mask, and a beard facial is adjusted for exposed and unexposed skin, with a beard wash, exfoliation, a high-frequency comb treatment, a hydration mask, serums and moisturizer.

The advanced menu includes Oxygen Rx Treatment, which uses a controlled amount of oxygen to clarify and brighten skin and is described as suitable for all skin types. The Wet/Dry Microdermabrasion Facial combines dry microdermabrasion with a wet serum applied to the skin. According to the salon, it brightens dull skin, evens texture, and reduces the look of hyperpigmentation and blemishes.

Booking is by appointment only. A valid credit card is needed on file for every booking; it is not charged up front but may be used for a no-show or a same-day cancellation. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours ahead, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may bring a $35 fee and a rescheduling requirement, and appointments outside regular hours carry a 35% surcharge on the selected service.
