The studio offers lash extensions in four styles: classic, hybrid, volume and mega. Each style has a full set price and refill options at one, two, three or four weeks, with refill prices and appointment lengths listed per interval. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash for a natural look with some added length and fullness. Hybrid mixes classic and volume extensions for a thicker, denser look. Volume uses two to eight ultra fine extensions fanned onto each natural lash, and mega uses ten or more for a dramatic result.

Lash lifts give natural lashes a semi-permanent curl that the studio says lasts about six to eight weeks. A lash lift and tint also darkens the lashes, though it does not add length or fullness, and it needs natural lashes that are healthy and long enough. Lash tint alone darkens natural lashes without mascara. Brow lamination and tint sets brow hair in a uniform shape for about six to eight weeks and is non-invasive. Waxing and lash removal are also offered.

The test checks for reactions to the adhesive, either on a small patch of skin or on five to ten extensions placed on each eye and left for 24 to 48 hours.

Booking rules are strict. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, and a late change or no-show is charged 100% of the booked service. Deposits are not refunded, and a credit card must be kept on file. Clients whose card is declined or expired and who have an unpaid balance cannot book until it is settled. Text and email reminders go out 24 hours ahead and clients confirm through the link in the reminder.
