The spa says it aims to tailor each visit to the individual client and to listen closely to their concerns, and it describes its setting as inviting and calming. Couples massage is given in one room with two therapists, each working on a separate table, and couples can choose to wear a cloth body wrap or robe and change in a separate room. Couples massage can be part of a spa package, and a Couples Combo with two customized facials and two 55-minute massages is priced at $599.

Swedish massage, also called stress reduction massage, is priced at $70 for 30 minutes, $129 for 55 minutes or $149 for 80 minutes. Deep tissue and sports massage use the same pricing; deep tissue works pressure across the whole body, while sports massage usually concentrates on one area. Hot stone massage uses basalt stones heated to about 130 to 140 degrees, placed along the body and held by the therapist; it is $154 for 55 minutes, $174 for 80 minutes, or $25 added to any 55- or 80-minute session. Cupping therapy is $35 for 15 minutes, $65 for 30 minutes, or $25 added to a 55- or 80-minute massage. Teen and youth massage is for clients age 17 and under, at $60 for 30 minutes or $99 for 55 minutes; parents are encouraged to stay in the room and minors can wear loose clothing. Prenatal massage, also called mommy massage, uses side-lying positions in a private room and is preferably booked after the first trimester; it is priced like Swedish massage. Integrated Thai stretching massage combines assisted stretching with a full-body massage on a heated table, and clients are asked to arrive without a full stomach and to drink water beforehand.

Skin care treatments are customized to each client's skin needs. The spa offers facials, microneedling, which uses fine needles to stimulate collagen production, and waxing with warm honey wax, which the salon describes as one of the best forms of hair removal. Lash and brow tinting lasts up to a month, and spray tans are offered, which the salon describes as the healthiest way to tan without sun damage. The spa also sells PCA Skin Collagen Hydrator, PCA Skin Nutrient Toner and Epionce Renewal Lite Facial Lotion.

Booking requires a 50% deposit to secure all appointments. Clients have a 48-hour rescheduling policy, and if an emergency forces a change on less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit goes toward a new appointment. Refunds are not offered. A gratuity of about 20% of the service is typically appreciated, though tipping is not required.
