Swag Salon Suites is a suite building rather than a single salon. Hairstylists and makeup artists rent space here, and the main location is in Grayson at 1711 Athens Hwy, Suite 700. Two more suites are at 2821 Main St West in Snellville, Suites 6 and 7.

Space comes in three forms: private suites, open booth stations and daily rentals. Open booth stations start at $100 a week and suites start at $150 a week, and the locations are leased. Booth rentals are sold by slot, morning (7am to 1pm), afternoon (2pm to 8pm) or full day (7am to 8pm), at $40 per slot. A day rental station includes a working shampoo bowl and a spacious station.

The suites are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Monday through Wednesday hours run 7am to 8pm, and Thursday through Saturday run 7am to 1pm and 2pm to 8pm. To check availability or book a tour, call (470) 983-1717 or email salonswagsuitesllc@gmail.com.

Beyond renting space, the business offers training for people who want to open their own salon or suite. Options include a one-day VIP intensive of 8 hours, in person or virtual, for $999; an 8-week Full Mentorship Program covering location selection through opening day, for $1,497; and one-on-one consulting on lease negotiation, build-out planning or pricing strategy, for $500. It also sells its own hair care products.

Rents practical workspace to stylists and makeup artists in private suites, open booth stations and daily slots, and supports owners who want to open their own space with training.
