The massage menu covers Swedish, deep muscle, back, neck and shoulder, bamboo therapy with warm canes and deep tissue pressure, CBD wellness, hot stone with heated natural basalt, traditional Thai yoga massage performed fully clothed on a table without oils, the spa's own Thai fusion treatment, and couples massage. Couples massage takes place in a private couple's suite and begins with a Swedish massage, with upgrades charged as the difference in price. Most massages run an hour or longer, while back, neck and shoulder work is available from 30 minutes. In-room massage is offered for 90 minutes at $230, booked through the Spa Coordinator or by email; these are done by a provider of the same gender and carry a mandatory 25% service charge.
Facials use microcurrent, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, hyaluronic acid and jade Gua Sha stones. Options run from 60 to 90 minutes and include a skin health and balance treatment, a contour and glow treatment, a deep cellular polish, an antioxidant hydrating treatment, and a Gua Sha and lymphatic detox sculpting treatment. Body scrubs and wraps include a charcoal detox version and a pearl and honey serenity version, each 60 minutes at $115.
Packages combine several treatments. The Black Pearl Luxe Ritual pairs a body scrub, wrap and massage in 90 minutes for $150, and the Ultimate Face & Body Drainage Ritual is a 150-minute lymphatic drainage treatment at $290. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed amounts or a custom value, and can be bought, reloaded and checked online.
Practical notes: clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a health intake form. At least 12 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or changes, and late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Clients can request a therapist of a particular gender; booking a specific therapist on their day off carries a $10 special request fee, subject to availability. Early morning appointments before opening can be requested by phone. Packages are paid by cash or card only. Vouchers and coupons apply to full-price individual massage, body and facial treatments, not to packages, waxing or add-ons, and they have no cash value. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or packages.
