The salon is primarily appointment based. Its space is described as soothing, with calming aromas, and guests can have organic Yogitea. According to the salon, its stylists are hand chosen for their expertise, and it calls its hair coloring award winning.
Color is the largest area, from balayage and ombre to bleach and tone, glossing and corrective color. Hair extension services begin with a consultation before pricing. Prices are starting prices that depend on hair length and density, and they can change if extra time or product is needed.
Booking terms ask for changes at least 24 hours ahead. A single appointment not cancelled within 12 hours is charged the full fee, and multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance are charged the full fee or have gift cards and certificates voided. Multi-service packages, including keratin and Japanese straightening, must be held with a credit card. New clients pay a 20% credit card deposit to reserve a first visit, which is applied to services on the day. Extensions require a 50% deposit at booking, no-shows are charged the full fee, and appointments more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled.
