The menu is organized around a few main areas: waxing, threading, facials and skin care, and mehndi (henna body art). Waxing covers the arms, legs, underarms, torso, back, stomach, face and ears, and intimate areas, with both standard and hard wax options. Threading covers the eyebrows, upper lip and chin, forehead, sides and neck, and full face, and a hard wax full-face service is offered as an alternative for clients who prefer not to thread.

The facial menu is the largest part of the list. It includes several HydraFacial tiers, from a three-step Signature treatment up to the Platinum version, which adds lymphatic drainage. Other options include microdermabrasion, microneedling and a non-puncture needling alternative, chemical peels, HIFU with micro-massage, an oxygen and cryotherapy facial, and a 30-minute express facial. Customized 60-minute facials can be shaped around anti-aging, acne, calming, skin brightening or skin smoothing goals, and there is a one-hour teen facial for adolescent skin and a one-hour back facial.

Visits are planned around the service. Extractions are included in all 60-minute facials where needed, and the salon gives aftercare advice for every service. The locations are described as calm and comfortable. Hours at St. Johns are Tuesday through Sunday, 10am to 7pm, and the salon is closed on Mondays.
