Every new client starts with a free first-time visitor consultation before any further service. It can be paired with a first haircut, but it is booked separately from color, texture, extension or hairpiece appointments. Hair extensions begin with a 30-minute consultation to settle price, color, length and texture. Extensions are ordered after a 50 percent deposit, and the install is scheduled once the hair arrives. Hairpiece services include removal, washing and reattaching an existing hairpiece, and hairpiece color and shaping are also offered.

On the color side, the studio offers base color without a cut, base color with a haircut covering up to an inch of new growth, highlights and lowlights with or without a cut, and vivid color priced at a base rate plus an hourly charge. Men's grey blending with a cut, glaze and shampoo styling, eyebrow coloring, and a brightener or toner add-on are also available. Global bleach is offered, and the base price is reduced by the cost of toner.

Cutting services include children's cuts for kids up to middle school age, short and medium to long haircuts that include shampoo and style if wanted, beard shaping, and stand-alone bang trims. Other services include a medical hair loss consultation that discusses options for hair loss symptoms, Olaplex and stand-alone shampoo and style, a Malibu Makeover demineralizing treatment, short-hair permanent waves that include a cut, and Brazilian Blowout keratin straightening.

The studio is open Tuesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

New clients start with a free consultation before any color, texture, extension or hairpiece work is booked. Hair extensions are planned in a consultation and ordered after a deposit.
