Services take place in private rooms and suites. Every new client has a consultation before any extensions are placed. If an in-person visit is not possible, the consultation can be done by text or email, with photos needed for a quote. New clients pay a nonrefundable $100 deposit to reserve an extension or addition appointment, and that deposit is applied to the purchase. Clients sign a liability waiver before their appointment.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers toppers and new side pieces, toppers with added hair for more fullness, mesh integration, hair patches, and extensions sewn into a client's own hair to create bangs. Custom hairpieces and wigs are made, including custom clip-in pieces for color changes or occasional wear. Lace frontals, wigs and caps can be fitted in a private suite. Scalp micropigmentation and a deep pore scalp cleanse are also available.

The salon also offers hair color, a basic facial and a seaweed facial, eyelash extensions by Prima Diva, and custom spray tanning with Bronze Biologic. Hair for purchase, including ready-to-wear hair, is available, and gift certificates can be bought. Payment is accepted by cash, debit and credit card, Zelle and Cash App. For out-of-town clients, the salon can arrange hotel rates at a few local hotels.
