Natural nail manicures, a range of pedicures and eyebrow waxing complete the services.

Appointments can be booked, rescheduled or cancelled through a smartphone app, and clients confirm by texting YES to the salon's phone line. Clients are asked to arrive on time for their first appointment and to wash their hands before service. Appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 10 minutes late, and the salon may refuse service.

Custom sets are priced by shape, length and the nail art requested, and clients can send inspiration photos by text. Medium and long lengths and special shapes such as coffin, stiletto and almond carry extra charges on enhanced sets, and base prices shown during booking do not include them.

Pedicures run from a basic service to a longer Hawaii Volcano pedicure, which uses sea salt, callus treatment, scrub, masque, hot towels, paraffin dip, massage and hot stones. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM.

Services centre on gel-based enhancements and polish, and the salon does not have a drying station, so gel is the recommended finish.
