Toners add warmth or coolness to existing color and include a blowdry. Base color is a touch-up for up to 3 inches of roots, and full color covers roots to ends.

Extensions are installed only when they were bought directly through the salon, and extension hair must be paid for upfront as a final sale. The salon recommends its studio-grade products and an at-home care guide to help extensions last.

The menu also includes haircuts, blowouts and styling, waxing, and a Malibu treatment that removes buildup, hard water or chlorine from hair and includes a blowout. New extension clients and color correction clients must book a consultation first, which is listed separately from other services.

Hours are Tuesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday. Appointments may require a 30% deposit, or 50% for larger services, and deposits are applied to the final total unless the client arrives late or cancels late. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice.

Color correction and new extension clients start with a consultation before booking the service. The salon uses O&M for clean hair color and recommends its own studio-grade products for home care.
