Visits start with a consultation where possible. Free in-person and virtual consultations last 15 to 20 minutes, and any color appointment or blonding service must be preceded by one. Blonding services include a consultation to set the technique, estimated length and expected total. In-person consultations ask clients to arrive with dry, styled hair and bring reference photos.

The salon is open Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. The salon aims to be a welcoming environment for curly-haired clients.
