Booking is limited to existing clients, and each appointment needs approval. Color clients text their desired shade and two or three inspiration photos after booking.

Deposits secure a spot and are applied to the total. Sew-in and quick weave installs carry a $50 non-refundable deposit, and hair is not included in those services, so clients supply their own. Crochet installs also require the client to bring the hair. Services and bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice, and a deposit can move to a new date once.

The salon offers one-on-one braiding lessons for beginners. Each session is practical and covers ordinary braiding, scalp braiding, and cornrows, along with parting cleanly, positioning the hands, gripping the hair, keeping braids under control, and beginner feed-in methods. Students bring a mannequin head or a person to practice on. The lesson is for learning, not a client appointment.
