Services fall into a few groups. UV sun bed tanning runs across seven bed levels, from Level 1, described as entry-level and low intensity, up to Level 7. Sun beds are sold in bundles of 3, 5 or 10 sessions: Levels 1 and 2 are listed at $45 for 3, $75 for 5 or $150 for 10; Levels 3 to 5 at $115 for 3, $190 for 5 or $380 for 10; and Levels 6 and 7 at $150 for 3, $250 for 5 or $500 for 10. Level 2 stand-up beds are available at all locations, and the Level 4 stand-up unit has 48 lamps and suits taller clients. Level 5 Blueberry Blues beds have a 10-minute maximum exposure time and a device plug-in sound system, and Level 7 KBL P9S hybridsun beds are designed for the face and decollete.
VersaPro spray tanning is walk-in only and takes place in a private, automated, heated booth with a three-nozzle spray bar. The booth dries the client automatically and has an open-air design. VersaPro sprays are listed at $30 per session in three formulas: Clear, a clear spray that develops over 6 to 8 hours; Catalina, an instant bronzer with violet undertones; and Venetian One Rapid, which has cool violet-brown undertones and can be rinsed sooner. A cocktail tan, which is a level 3 UV bed session before a spray, adds $5. Custom airbrush spray tanning is by appointment only and is customized to each client's skin tone. A new client's first session is 45 minutes at $60, a Premier session is 30 minutes at $60 with a 12 to 24 hour development time, and the Rapid Quick Rinse session is 30 minutes at $65 and can be showered off in 1 to 3 hours. The two-session bridal package is $90, and bridal parties of three or more receive a free airbrush session. Airbrush tans typically last 5 to 7 days with proper care.
Infrared sauna sessions use a Sauna Wellness PRO-10 unit that runs around 90 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit for passive heat, and they do not contain UV light. A single session is $20 for up to 30 minutes. SmartSun Therapy is a zero-gravity red light bed, with sessions of 20 minutes at most and as short as 10 to 15 minutes. The SST28 is a full-body red light and near-infrared session. A single SmartSun session is $70 for up to 20 minutes. The business says red light has been clinically proven to enhance skin health, muscle recovery and joint pain relief, and says the SST28 is marketed for temporary relief of mild muscle and joint discomfort and stiffness and for temporary muscle relaxation. Sun beds, VersaPro and SmartSun Therapy are walk-in only, while airbrush and infrared sauna are by appointment.
Products are Devoted Creations tanning lotions and skin care, which the business carries exclusively. The business says these are aloe vera based, cruelty free toward animals, and designed, tested, manufactured, labeled and bottled in-house, including the bottles and packets. Norvell The Glow System is also used, covering prep before a spray tan, care during it and extending the glow afterward. The business reserves the right to refuse certain tanning lotion brands on its equipment because some can damage tanning bed acrylics. Staff are described as Norvell Certified Technicians.
Memberships are billed by automatic monthly deduction and can be cancelled by calling customer service Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, at least 5 days before payment is due; the number is 920-434-1500. Student memberships are open to those 24 or younger with a valid Student ID. Ages 16 and 17 need a parent or guardian's consent to use UV equipment, with consent forms available in store; consent is not required for sunless tanning. For spray tans, the business recommends exfoliating 24 hours beforehand, skipping makeup, deodorant, perfume and lotion before the session, and avoiding pools and the ocean for 48 hours afterward, with no more than three sprays in a two-week period. The business also runs a SunSeekers Ambassador program for local social media creators.
Pairs sunless and UV tanning with infrared and red light wellness sessions, and gives prep and aftercare guidance for spray tans. Sunless spray tanning is offered as an alternative to UV beds, and the infrared sauna is offered without UV light.
