Sunny Spa LLC is owned by Brittney Sun and operates as a small waxing business. The studio sits in the Image Studios 360 building in the creative arts district at the corner of West Broad Street and May Avenue. To find it, enter through the French doors marked Image Studio 360 and turn right to suite 110. Clients can park in the public LAZ garage on May Avenue, and the owner validates the parking ticket. There is no separate waiting area, but hallway benches and lobby seating are available. Lobby doors are open weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM and lock automatically outside those hours.

The menu is organized into waxing, brow services, post-wax treatments and add-ons. Hard wax is the method used throughout. Full body waxing takes about 180 minutes and covers the face, shoulders, underarms, chest, arms, stomach, Brazilian area, back, butt and legs. Full face waxing, priced at $65, includes brow shaping, cheeks, chin, lips, hairline and sideburns, and can be booked all at once or in parts. Brazilian options include a standard Vulva Brazilian, a Men's Brazilian, and bikini and Brazilian services for college students, who receive a discount with a valid student ID. Brow services include shaping or maintenance with a trim, and brow tinting with waxing, which takes about an hour.

Post-wax treatments are the studio's follow-up care. Extractions and ingrown hair removal take about 25 minutes and finish with a hydrojelly mask suited to skin type. The post wax relief vajacial, about 30 minutes, adds a warm compress, cleansing, exfoliation, extraction of ingrown hairs, a hydrojelly mask and moisture. The cryo relief treatment, also about 30 minutes, is a cold treatment after waxing that includes a cooling hydrojelly mask. High frequency treatment uses targeted heat radiation after waxing. A post Brazilian relief treatment for men is offered only after a waxing service done by the owner.

Booking requires a 30% deposit per service to hold an appointment. Regular clients do not pay it, and college student services carry a 50% deposit. Either the client or the owner has a 10-minute grace period for lateness. Card payments go through the booking site, while cash or Zelle is arranged by message. Tips can be sent by Apple Pay, Venmo or Cash App. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 11:30 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 2 PM, Saturday 10:30 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 10:30 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed on Thursdays.
