Sunlit Aesthetic is a studio on Union Street in San Francisco's Cow Hollow neighborhood. All treatments take place in person at the studio, and the menu spans skin treatments, eyebrow and lash services, and waxing and threading.

Elham Pandeh founded the studio with the goal of creating a space where people feel listened to and looked after. Each client starts with a complimentary consultation, where Elham plans treatments around the client's skin and selects the products to be used.

The facial menu includes options such as the Radiance Signature facial, a fully customized 75-minute treatment, and the DermeLuxx Ultra facials, which use Zemits DermeLuxx Ultra equipment for surface exfoliation and serum application. Shorter add-ons include chemical peel, dermaplaning and LED light therapy, and advanced peels target acne, pigmentation and overall brightness.

Brow work starts with mapping each brow against the client's own features before any hair is removed. Clients who already have a home routine can bring a list or photo of their products for review before or after a facial, and care at home is built into the plan so products support what happens during the visit.

Treatments are planned around each client's skin, sensitivities and current routine, with home care chosen to support the results of each visit. Brows are mapped to the client's own features before any hair removal.
