First-time clients choose one of five New Guest Sessions. After completing an intake form, a new guest receives an email within 24 hours recommending which session to book. Returning guests can book from the a la carte menu.

Color sessions include a scalp massage, an essential oil hot towel, a precision cut or trim, and a repair treatment, along with a personalized styling lesson and guidance on post-care products. Guests can pick their drinks, snacks and music during their visit, and every shampoo comes with a hot towel and scalp massage.

The salon describes itself as nonjudgmental and offers a detailed consultation before any color. Pricing is set by average time and product use and is applied the same way regardless of gender or age. Booking requires a credit card. Appointments should be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled services. Guests running more than 15 minutes late may not receive the full service. Guests who are unhappy with their hair can contact the salon within 7 days for adjustments.
