Every visit is booked by appointment. Color packages begin with a thorough consultation, followed by a customized look, recommended treatments, guidance on home care and a personal hair care routine with product suggestions. Extension quotes are also set during a consultation, and Great Lengths consultations are free and come with no obligation. Extensions can be applied only to the areas a guest chooses, such as the sides.

The salon specializes exclusively in Invisible Bead Extensions and Great Lengths. The salon says the IBE method avoids damage to hair and scalp and avoids the discomfort of beads resting on the scalp. Hand-tied IBE hair typically lasts 9 to 12 months with proper care, and rows are usually reinstalled every 8 to 10 weeks, with a first follow-up suggested at 7 weeks. Great Lengths hair is 100% ethically sourced human hair applied with a keratin bond. It needs to be at least 5cm long and ideally 8cm or longer, takes about 4 to 7 hours to apply, and typically lasts 3 to 4 months, up to five with good maintenance. Removal must be done by a certified stylist.

Booking requires a deposit that is applied to the final total. Cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice by phone or email, and late or same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged a percentage of the service. All service sales are final, though minor adjustments that match the original plan are free if requested by email within 7 days. Children are not permitted in the salon during appointments.
