Art services are sized by time. A 15 Min Art appointment covers simple designs such as French tips, ombre, chrome, and cat eye gels and takes about 75 minutes. 30 Min Art is a semi-complex design across all ten fingers and takes about 90 minutes. 45 Min Art Plus covers intricate, custom designs and takes 105 minutes or more.

Booking policies: changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made between 24 and 1 hour before the appointment carry a 50% service fee, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows carry a 100% charge. If the studio hears nothing within 15 minutes of the appointment time, the visit may be treated as a no-show. Clients running late should notify the studio, as services may be shortened to fit the schedule. New clients pay a $30 deposit, invoiced by email and applied to the total at the visit.

After a service, a complimentary nail fix is offered within 7 days. Design changes and alterations are not covered by the fix, and clients under 12 do not receive it. All services are final once paid, and refunds are not offered.
